Elite Baseball Camps
Biscuits Players have preferred access to Legacy Elite weekend and summer baseball camps. This is an incredible experience for all baseball enthusiasts. Legacy has invited some of the best professional and college ball players to work with our players. If you are serious about getting better, Legacy Elite Baseball Camps are a great way to improve on and off the field. .
Speed and Agility Training
The Biscuits Speed and Agility Training is provided by The Legacy Sports Performance Center, a 25,000 sq. ft. state-of-the-art facility that is home to sports performance for teams, individuals, combine prep and professional athletes.
Our training classes are powered by THP (Tatum Human Performance) using an applied science approach. Athletes at all levels train with the intent of being adaptable, resilient, and well-rounded baseball players – run faster, build power, jump higher, and improve agility.
Training is delivered by expert coaches, beginning with a comprehensive assessment process and progressing through a multi-faceted, dynamic training system.
Each workout is designed to meet the team and individualized needs and are tracked with the latest tech-tools.
